 DESCRIPTION:
   NoteMaid is just a simple text editor like Windows Notepad, but
   with added features like unlimited file length, binary file editing
   capability, plus HTML tags highlighting.  Designed to replace the
   standard Windows Notepad.

 REQUIREMENTS:

   CPU : 386 or higher
   O/S : Windows95
   RAM : Vary; depends on the target file.

 INSTALLATION:
    NoteMaid.exe -- Executable. File size = 52,224 bytes.
    NoteMaid.hlp -- Help File. File size = 19,723 bytes.
    readme.txt -- This documentation file. File size = 2,969 bytes.

 INSTALLATION:
    NoteMaid can be run from any directories.  Just copy the executable
    to any directory and simply create a short cut in Win95.
    MFC40.DLL or higher is required for this version, it should be
    located in your "C:\Windows\System\" directory.  Please refer to
    the Help File first before you run NoteMaid.
   
    Creating Short Cut: 
      Right click the mouse on any free area in Win95 shell.
      From the Popup Menu, select the sub-menu "New" and then select the item
      "Shortcut".  You will then see an empty Text Field and a Browser button.
      Click on the Browse button and search for the "NoteMaid.exe" file and 
      click on the "NEXT >" button at the button of the Short Cut Dialog Box.
      Enter the name field with "NoteMaid", then click on finish!
